Taipei Cycle Show recently attended Shimano Fest, the biggest bicycle festival and trade show in Latin America on Aug. 22-25 to connect with key businesses in the increasingly important market.
Taipei Cycle Show hosted a dedicated presentation covering “Cycling Culture and Bike Industry Development in Taiwan” on Aug. 25 at the Memorial Latino America, Shimano Fest event stage.
A total of 15 made in Taiwan cycling components were on display, including three Design and Innovation award winners: Neco5+ pedals, KMC's all-new Z1eHX e-Bike Chain and Zero's aero road bars and stem. The award has been running for seven years and has developed into one of the most highly respected design competitions for the international cycling industry.
All the products selected by an international panel of experts will be presented at the Taipei Cycle Show.
Until Dec. 16, 2019, manufacturers and designers from the cycling industry are invited to enter their designs and innovations to be put to the test by the judges in the Taipei Cycle d&i awards 2020.
